Harvest Kitchen is a family owned deli and market located in Greer, SC. We are a certified gluten-free kitchen with a mission to provide a safe space for those with allergies as well as quality food that caters to every diet. Our minimally processed menu was designed specifically to be flexible to any diet and we strive to pour love and special care into every dish we create.

Connecting People to Healthy Eating isn’t just our motto—it’s our mission. In a region where fried vegetables, BBQ, and “meat & three” plates are the staple, Harvest Kitchen was created to offer something different: a fresh, clean-eating alternative that nourishes both body and spirit.
We opened our doors in July 2021 after realizing just how limited healthy dining options were in our community. During the pandemic, our family shifted toward a cleaner lifestyle to support our immune systems—an especially important change for our son, who has Type 1 diabetes. Cooking at home worked beautifully, but dining out was another story. Everywhere we turned, the options were heavy, fried, or processed.
That’s when inspiration struck. My daughter (now the chef of Harvest Kitchen) began making her own dressings, marinades, and sauces for our salads and grain bowls. Each meal became a celebration, and more than once we found ourselves saying: “Dang girl, this is fantastic—you need to open a restaurant!”
As a lifelong entrepreneur, I’ve always believed: “Don’t wait for an opportunity—create it.” And so, with the right pieces falling into place, Harvest Kitchen was born—a place where clean eating could thrive in the heart of the South.
Because I’ve lived with Celiac disease for nearly two decades, it was non-negotiable that our kitchen be 100% gluten free. For the first time in my life, I can walk into a restaurant and know that everything on the menu is safe to enjoy—and I wanted to give that same peace of mind to others. Beyond gluten, we are also mostly dairy-free and take food allergies very seriously, ensuring that everyone who dines with us can feel safe and cared for.
Today, Harvest Kitchen is more than just a restaurant—it’s a movement toward healthier living. We believe that fresh, minimally processed, allergy-friendly food should be delicious, accessible, and made with love. From vibrant grain bowls to chef-crafted salads and sauces, every dish is designed to fuel your body and uplift your day.
